Fixes that Work unfortunately, the alleged solution didn't work either. Ian contacted GAME customer support, and they told him to put the console upside down with a disc inside of it to fix the error. Of course, that solution doesn't work and there's only so much that one can do to try and fix the problem. Microsoft support has told people with the error to clean the disc off and put it back in the console. Lo and behold, the sound emerged from the console again and the same message appeared. Afterwards, he put a Blu-Ray disc into the Xbox One to see if the error would pop up again. The disc was completely fine and undamaged. A few agonising seconds later and a message popped telling me the console could not read the disc."Īfter the message popped up on the screen, he ejected the disc to see if there were any physical issues with the disc. It sounded like those clackers you get to put on the back of bicycle tyres to make them sound a bit like a motorbike. ![]() ![]() Then I popped a disc into the drive to start installing it and that's when I heard the noise.
